Carrots, spinach, tomatoes, apricots, raspberries, etc. are generously supplied. Also consider foods rich in essential fatty acids, which promote collagen regeneration: mackerel, flaxseed, rapeseed oil, walnuts, etc. Give pride of place to selenium, renowned for its antioxidant properties.
